Resisted bilateral hip abduction in sitting (adaptive - BKA)

Sit in a chair with your knees together and feet flat on the floor.
Tie a resistance band around your thighs just above your knees.
Push outwards against the resistance band, and move your feet and knees away from each other.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
