Resisted forearm supination in standing
Stand up straight with one end of a resistance band in each hand.
Bend your elbows to 90 degrees with your forearms facing downwards.
Keep your anchoring hand still throughout the exercise.
Turn the palm of your other hand upwards against the resistance from the band.
In a controlled manner allow your palm to turn back to the starting position, and repeat.
