Resisted Downward Single Arm Chest Press in Wheelchair

Sit with your side facing the band. Lean upper body forwards and support yourself on one elbow. Bend the elbow and raise it towards the ceiling.

Push your hand down towards the floor until your elbow is fully straightened. Return to starting position.

Required equipment: Wheelchair, Machine - resistance/weights, Resistance band
