Resisted Diagonal Shoulder PNF Movement
Sit with your side facing the band. Hold your arm stretched up towards the side. Keep your thumb towards the ceiling.
Bring your arm in a diagonal movement in front of the body down towards the opposite hip. At the same time turn your thumb in towards the hip. Return to starting position. Return your arm to the "up" position and turn the thumb upwards again. (This exercise can be done with both arms at the same time.)
Required equipment: Wheelchair, Machine - resistance/weights, Resistance band
