Resisted Diagonal Front Raise (Exercise Band)
Stand with the hand of the arm to be exercised in front of your opposite hip. Hold onto the rubber exercise band, anchored to the opposite side.
Pull the band up and away to 90 degrees; arm straight in front.
Return to starting position with control.
