Resisted bent-over end-range row in staggered stance

Stand in a staggered stance holding both ends of an exercise band in one hand, with the middle of the band placed under the same-side foot.
Bend forward from your hips.
Start with your upper arm by your side and your elbow bent, ensuring the slack is taken off the band.
Pull your elbow back and draw your shoulder blade towards your spine.
Hold, then return to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat.
