Resisted ankle plantarflexion with hold (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your foot resting on the floor, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Wrap a resistance band under the sole of your foot and hold onto the ends in your hands.
Straighten your knee and place your heel on the floor with your toes pointed toward the ceiling.
When ready, push your toes into the resistance of the band.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
