Resistance machine hip abduction

Sit up straight on a hip abduction machine, with your knees bent and legs together.
Squeeze your buttocks and press your knees against the lever pads to bring your legs apart.
In a controlled manner return to the starting position.

Adjust your machine to start knees apart and bring them together against resistance. In a controlled manner, return to the starting position and repeat.
