Resistance Band Biceps Curl in Shoulder Abduction


Stand tall with one arm lifted out to the side to shoulder level. The arm is straight and palm facing forwards. Hold one end of an exercise band that is secured to the side to shoulder level.

Bend your elbow and bring your hand towards your shoulder. In a controlled manner, return to starting position.
