Place a target on the wall at seated eye level.
Begin by sitting upright in a supportive chair in front of the target.
With your head and gaze centered on the target, close your eyes.
Keep your eyes closed and maintain your gaze on the target as you turn your head to the right.
Open your eyes and check your gaze is directly on the target.
Turn your head back to the center to meet your gaze.
Repeat this exercise to the other side.
Progress this exercise by repeating it in a standing position, with the target at standing eye level.
You can also increase the speed of the exercise.
