Reach to grasp and place cup ('ADL' Dining - reaching to grasp and place a cup)
Sit upright with a cup placed on a table in front of you.
Using your weaker arm open your fingers to reach for the cup.
Lift up the cup and place it away from you to the left.
Continue picking up and putting down the cup moving from the left to the right of the table.
Try to keep your body still and avoid hunching your shoulder during this task.
As the exercise becomes easier try filling the cup with water.
