Stand up straight with a four square grid on the floor in front of you.
Start in the back left square of the grid
Stay light on the balls of your feet as you cross diagonally to the square to your front right leading with your right foot, closely followed by your left foot.
Touch your right foot down before you next cross the line to your left side with your inside foot, closely followed by your other foot.
Stay light on the balls of your feet as you cross diagonally to the square to your back right leading with your right leg, closely followed by your other foot.
Finally, stay light on the balls of your feet as you cross the line to your left side with your inside foot, closely followed by your other foot.
Repeat.
