Quick eye movements - alphabet columns - saccades

Start by placing labels with alphabet letters into 2 vertical columns on the wall, equal distance apart.
Begin by standing feet hip-width apart, centered between the alphabet columns, and facing the wall.
Keep your head still and centered throughout the exercise and only move your eyes.
First, focus on the top letter in the 1st column and then look quickly at the 1st letter in the second column.
Then quickly look at the 2nd letter down on the first column, followed by the 2nd letter on the second column.
Continue shifting your gaze quickly from one letter to the next, working across the columns, until you reach the bottom.
