On your hands and knees, place your hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
Hold a dumbbell in one hand.
Maintaining width across the chest, move your shoulder blade back and pull your elbow up.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
Maintain the weight pointing to the floor during the movement.
