Quadruped rock back - hip adductor stretch

Start on all fours on your knees and hands.
Keep your feet in place and move your knees wide apart until you feel a stretch in your inner thighs.
Whilst keeping your back long, move your buttocks back towards your heels.
Hold for a moment, return to the starting position and repeat.
