Push up with shoulder flexion - TRX

Kneel down underneath the TRX and hook your feet into the straps, ensuring your toes face the floor.
Place your palms on the floor underneath your shoulders and lift your knees up, obtaining a straight line from your head to your feet.
Lower your body down towards the floor, bending your elbows in towards your sides.
Push your body back up to the start positioning, straightening your elbows.
Bring your body backwards by pushing the ground with your hands.
Return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
