Push up with plank hold and row
Place two dumbbells on the floor at shoulder width parallel to each other.
Start in a push-up position on your hands and toes, hands on the dumbbells and body in a straight line.
Bend your elbows to bring your chest towards the floor and then straighten your arms.
Then one hand at a time, lift the dumbbell and pull your elbow back towards the ceiling.
Then repeat the sequence.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Mat, Dumbbell
