Pulley Assisted Shoulder Flexion - hand to forehead
Sit up straight with your back to the pulley.
Hold the handles in each hand with your elbows bent and palms down.
Pull on the pulley with your unaffected hand.
This will draw your affected arm straight up to your front.
Touch your forehead with the affected hand ensuring you do not lean your body or hunch your shoulders.
Relax, and return to the starting position.
