Prone superman - opposite arm and leg (adaptive)

You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
Lie on your front with your legs straight and feet hip width apart and your arms stretched out in front on the floor. Squeezing your buttock muscles and shoulder blade, lift one arm and the opposite side leg off the floor.
Try to lengthen your arm and your leg and hold the position for a moment.
Relax and then repeat with your other arm and leg.
