Prone Single Arm Dumbbell Row
Lie on your stomach on a firm table with your neck gently elongated. Hold a dumbbell in one hand and bring the straight arm over the edge of the table, the dumbbell pointing to the floor.
Move your elbow up while keeping the dumbbell pointing to the floor. Straighten your arm back towards the starting position and then repeat the rowing motion.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Weights, free, Dumbbell, Table
