Prone single arm "I"

Lie on your front with one arm bent and your forehead resting on your hand.
Keeping the other arm straight, move your arm up so that your upper arm is beside your head.
Your palm should be facing the floor.
Keeping your chest and head in contact with the floor throughout, squeeze your shoulder blades together, and then lift your arm off the floor.
Hold this position then relax and repeat.
