Lie on your front with your forehead resting on the ground.
Hold a slash pipe in each hand.
Keeping your arms straight, move your arms up until your upper arms are beside your head.
In one motion, raise your chest and head off the ground while squeezing your shoulder blades together, lifting your arms off the floor.
In a controlled manner, alternate your arms in turn down to your side and back up in front of your head; arms are always in opposite position from each other.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions and then relax back down to the ground.
