Prone opposite arm and leg lift over a BOSU ball

Lie on your front on a bosu ball.
Lift one arm and opposite leg.
Use your core to keep your body as still as possible.
Return to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat with the opposite pair. Instead of lifting as high as possible, focus on lengthening the lifted arm and leg.
