Prone bent-leg hip extension

Lie on your stomach with a pillow under your hips.
Bend the knee of your affected leg to a 90 degree angle.
Push the heel towards the ceiling, squeezing your buttock muscles.
Keep your hips flat on the floor.
Hold for the required amount of time and then lower your leg back to the starting position and repeat.
