Prone back extension on BOSU with supination

Lie face down with a Bosu ball under your stomach. Place your hands palms down at shoulder height with your arms in a "w" position.
Tighten your stomach and back muscles.
Raise your chest off from the ground and turn your palms up towards the ceiling.
In a controlled manner return to starting position.
Repeat the movement.
