Prone back extension - v3

Lie on your front, arms by your side and palms facing down.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you lift your head, chest and arms off the floor. Turn your palms out with thumbs reaching towards the ceiling. Keep your neck in neutral, head in line with your back. Hold position before returning to starting position in a controlled manner.
