Lie on your front with your arms resting on the floor by your sides, palms facing up.
Rest your forehead on the floor with your neck long.
If needed, you could place a folded towel under your lower stomach and under your forehead, for comfort.
Lift your head and chest only slightly off the floor.
Bring your shoulders backward to widen your chest.
Lengthen your spine and neck and hold for a moment.
Return to the starting position.
