Prone arm lift with straight arms ('Shoulder Ts') - Middle Trapezius

Lie on your stomach and rest your forehead on a folded towel.
If advised, place a pillow under your chest.
Place your arms at a 90 degree angle from the body.
Straighten elbows.
Turn your forearms and hands so your thumbs point toward the ceiling.
Pull your shoulder blades back as you lift your arms off the surface.
Your hands should stay higher than the elbows as you pull your shoulder blades back.
This is a small motion.
Hold for a moment.
