Lie on your stomach and rest your forehead on a folded towel.
If advised, place a pillow under your chest.
Put your hands on the back of your head.
Lift your arms at the elbow as you pull your shoulder blades back.
Do not move only in the shoulder joint.
This is a small motion that starts with the shoulder blades.
Do not push on the back of your head to lift your elbows.
Hold for a moment.
