Prone (over table) hip extension (Hip extension strengthening, leaning forward, over table, leg bent)
Stand up straight and lie your body over a high table.
Make sure your body is well supported.
Bend your knee on your affected leg, then push your foot directly up towards the ceiling.
Tighten your buttock muscles as you do this.
Control the movement as you lower your leg back down and then repeat.
