PROM thumb extension (Thumb radial abduction (extension) PROM, palm up,)
Start in a seated position with your forearm resting on the table and your affected palm face-up.
Use your other hand and securely grasp the area around the thumb of your affected hand and try to move the thumb away from the side of the hand and then return it back to the start position.
Relax and repeat.
