PROM finger isolated DIP joint extension (Finger DIP joint extension PROM, palm neutral,)
Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table, with your had on its side, palm facing in.
Ensure your wrist is straight and your fingers are relaxed.
Use your opposite hand to straighten the tip of your affected finger while keeping the knuckle and middle joint slightly flexed.
Stretch the tip of the finger so that it straightens.
You may even be able to bend it backwards slightly.
Hold this position.
