Pregnancy knee fall out ("Knee fall out" Core/pelvic floor stabilization, inclined)

Lie on your back with both legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
If you are uncomfortable lying flat on your back, use a wedge cushion or pillows to prop yourself up.
Tighten your core muscles and pelvic floor.
Holding this position, slowly lower one knee down to the side.
Ensure your other knee remains pointing at the ceiling, and your hips do not rotate with the movement.
Slowly bring your knee back to the centre before relaxing your muscles.
