PNF Shoulder Pattern (D1)

Lie on your back with legs bent and feet on the floor. The arm you are exercising is turned with the palm facing outwards, slightly away from your body. The other arm is by your side, relaxed.

Lift the arm forward and up and over to the opposite side. At the same time rotate the arm outwards so that the palm ends up facing inwards. Return to the starting position.
