Plyometrics – single leg hop – in and out of cones ("COD" Hop single leg weave in and out quickly, cones in an oval; 01)

Place ten cones on the ground in front of you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
Starting on cone one, stand on one leg with your hands on your hips.
Perform three single-leg hops on the spot with as little time in contact with the ground as possible.
Continue hopping as you travel in the direction of the second cone then weave in and out of cones three, four and five.
Continue around cone six then weave through cones seven, eight, nine and ten and back to cone one.
Repeat.
