Plyometric - squat jump into cross over
Stand up straight with your feet shoulders width apart.
Place your hands on your hips.
When ready, perform a deep squat movement then forcefully jump into the air as high as you can.
Land with your feet across one another before immediately returning to the air and landing in another deep squat.
Continue, alternating the direction of cross over with each repetition.
