Plyometric - alternating lateral bound and hop (Hopping, side to side, over // lines, two-step (alternate))

Place two line markers on the ground at the desired distance apart.
Stand up straight on one line marker.
Transfer your weight onto your outside foot and lift your other foot off the floor.
Using your arms to generate momentum, hop sideways towards the other line landing lightly on your other foot, then immediately perform a small hop on the spot before returning to the first marker, landing on your original foot.
Repeat rapidly.
