Plié in heel raise ER/IR ("Plie" Hip external/internal rotation, in a squat up on toes with narrow base; 01)

Stand up straight with your legs hips width apart.
Rise up onto your toes and turn your feet out bringing your heels together.
Keeping your balance in this position, bend your knees and lower down into a squat position.
Ensure your knees travel outwards over your toes throughout.
Holding the squat position move bring your knees together, then rotate them out again.
Ensure you keep your balance on your toes.
Control the movement as you rise back up to the starting position.
