Pelvic floor - standing with bicep curls
Stand holding a dumbbell in both hands with your arms by your sides.
On an exhale, squeeze and lift your pelvic floor.
At the same time, bend your elbows with your palms facing up, bringing the weights up towards your shoulders.
Relax your pelvic floor as you return to the starting position.
