Pelvic floor - split squat hover isometric

In half kneeling, tuck the toes of your kneeling leg underneath you.
As you exhale, squeeze and lift your pelvic floor as you lift your knee off the ground.
Hover just above the ground as you maintain your pelvic floor contraction.
Release your pelvic floor as you lower back to the ground.
