Pelvic floor - bridge isometric hip adduction hold

Lie on your back with you knees bent, feet flat on the ground and a ball between your knees.
Press down through your feet and lift your hips up.
Hold in this position as you squeeze and lift your pelvic floor.
Relax your pelvic floor as you lower back down to the ground.
