Passive wrist flexion against wall (Wrist extensors stretch, back of hand against wall)

Stand up straight facing a wall.
Place the back of your hand on the wall below your waist with your elbow straight.
Gradually slide the back of your hand up the wall, until you feel a stretch in your wrist.
Hold this position.
