Passive knee extension in sitting (overpressure)

Sitting in a chair, extend your leg out in front of you with your knee slightly bent and your toes pointing towards the ceiling.
Straighten out your knee so your leg is fully straight.
Press down your knee with both hands so that your knee is further extended.
Hold the position to maintain the stretch.
Return to the starting position.
