Palloff press - forwards with hold

Stand with your feet a hips width apart and with your knees soft.
Hold one end of a resistance band in both hands, elbows bent, close to your chest.
The other end should be securely attached to one side or ask a partner to hold it.
Take a step to the side, if needed, to gather up some tension into the band.
Keep your body upright, and steadily press your arms forwards, straightening your elbows.
The band will pull and try to rotate your body around.
Control your position with your trunk muscles and resist the pull.
Hold this position for as long as advised.
Then, control the movement as you bend your arms back to the starting position and relax.
