Pallof Press with Exercise Band
Start by standing and holding an exercise band with bent arms in front of you. The band is secured sideways to you and the slack is taken off so that the band pulls you sideways.
Hold your position and press your arms straight forwards. Do not let the pull from the band move your position. Bend your arms back to starting position.
