Overhead Wall Throws (Arms only)

Stand tall facing a wall, elbows bent close to your sides and holding a ball with both hands.

Bring the ball forwards and above your head and throw the ball against the wall. Catch the ball on the rebound and repeat.

Note. To increase the challenge, modify the speed and the angle of the throws.
