Overhead Pull

Overhead Pull

Lie on your back, with your knees bent and your feet flat on the bench/table/bed.
Position your head near the edge of the bench/table/bed.
Hold a weight above your chest with slightly bent arms.
Slowly lower the weight over your head, keeping your elbows locked.
Then, pull back up to return to the starting position.

Note: Keep your trunk tight and your lower back against the table.
