One Legged Wide Push Up

Start on your hands and toes, body in a straight line and hands wider than shoulder-width. Lift one leg off the floor.

Lower your chest towards the floor in a push up while maintaining the straight line of the body. Forearms should stay as upright as possible. Push back to the starting position.

Repeat for the prescribed amount of reps.
