Neck strengthening - moving dumbbell to sides
Stand up straight with a dumbbell in your hands.
Hold the weight vertically with your hands stacked up.
Keep the weight close to your trunk.
Tense your upper trunk and neck muscles opening your chest.
Move the weight close to one of your shoulders.
Return to the middle and repeat the movement to the other side.
Keep your neck still during this exercise.
