Neck rotations

Stand with your arms by your sides.
Perform this exercise in a slow and controlled manner.
Focus on moving from your neck and keep your chest and shoulders facing forwards.
Aim for a full range of motion, but do not force into discomfort.
First, bring your chin towards your chest.
Then, turn your face towards your armpit and your ear towards your other shoulder.
Continue and lift your chin up as you tilt your head backward and draw a circle in the air with the back of your head.
Bring your head back to the middle, with your chin close to your chest, and repeat the circle towards the same side as many times as prescribed.
